New Coiffure For The Toad

Toad-promo

Wendy just got a new hairdo for the upcoming show at the Toad and, although it may not be quite as awesome as this girl’s, it’s pretty sweet. This will be a show to remember when Brian Blush (The Refreshments) and Jamon Scott (The Toluenes) merge forces with The Wendy Clark Band to create an energetic fusion of mind blowing music…it may just make your hair stand on end! This is a 21 and over event and tickets are $7 at the door or online. For online ticket purchase click this link. You really don’t want to miss this show as Brian, Scott and Wendy’s band have been working hard to create a show to remember.

Having Trouble Finding “Luck and Trouble”?

cd

A new fan to the band wasn’t sure where to find copies of Wendy Clark’s (Tequila Mockingbird) cd, Luck and Trouble. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this link will help you get it. Also look up her earlier albums, UFO and Alien-American, also available online.

Are you sure that’s not made up? Because that’s fantastic! Of course we’ve heard of musicians writing a new song for an event, and musicians justifiably name-check a new instrument the first time, but wow, a new hairdo?!

No, no, I’m not Cosmo-ing or TMZ-ing, this is important because the new hairdo arises* from new ideas of new musical waves*. Since the already-well-groomed* ideas are pretty darned good, the new ones are bound to be as exciting, even as hair-raising*, as a new hairdo. We may even flip*!

*Disclaimer: Wendy had no (spray-)control of these bad puns, but at least they’re not the same, old, combed-over cliches. In fact, they’re cutting-edge.

The haircut seemed cheaper and less permanent than a tattoo so…..
